These terms explain the basis on which Graphia Designs provides design, printing, branding and related services. By approving a quotation or asking us to proceed with a job, you agree to the terms relevant to that job.

1. Quotes and project scope

Quotes are based on the details supplied, including artwork, dimensions, quantities, materials and finishing. If the brief or quantities change, the price and completion date may change. A quote is valid for the period stated on it; if no period is stated, please reconfirm before payment.

2. Artwork approval

Customers are responsible for checking names, spelling, telephone numbers, dates, measurements, colours and other supplied details on proofs before approving production. Production may begin after approval. Changes requested after approval can attract additional costs and may affect the deadline.

3. Customer-supplied content

You must have permission to use logos, photographs, fonts and other material supplied to us. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of that content.

4. Payment and production

Any deposit, balance and payment deadline will be stated in the quotation or agreed in writing. Production begins once the required approval and payment conditions are met. Do not send money to a different till or number without confirming directly with Graphia Designs.

5. Timelines and collection

Completion dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed. Delays may occur because of late approvals, material availability, power or equipment interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers should arrange collection or delivery as agreed.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, original concepts and editable working files are not automatically included in the price of finished printed products. The customer retains responsibility for rights in customer-supplied material. Any transfer or licence of design rights should be agreed in writing.

7. Quality and limitations

Printed colours can vary from colours displayed on phones, monitors or proofs because screens and print processes reproduce colour differently. We will use reasonable care to produce work consistent with the approved brief and selected materials.
